Cancellation Policy

At Nurtured Health we value our client’s time, and we appreciate your consideration of our time in return. We understand that things happen and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We do require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If we receive at least 24 hours notice, we will provide a full refund of the fees paid or find another suitable time for your appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, or fail to attend an appointment, you will forfeit 100% of your prepayment. This cancellation fee may be waived under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the clinic.
